The Theory: This idea is to encourage the average person to incorporate social music/rhythm/sound into their daily commute, instead of having everyone isolated in a personal bubble, This would hopefully lead to more interpersonal interaction, not necessarily through speaking but through music. The Plan: On a subway car, incorporate different areas which form different sounds. (snare drum, piano cords, guitar sounds, etc..) These areas can be anything from a pole, to a small section on the floor, or even part of a seat. They would be touch sensitive, and light up when touched.
